Terms and conditions

1. Reservations & Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed once a confirmation number has been issued.

It is the responsibility of the client or affiliate to review and verify all reservation details, including dates, times, addresses, passenger count, and special requests. The company is not responsible for errors or omissions in booking details once confirmation has been issued.

Exact vehicle models are not guaranteed. The company reserves the right to substitute a comparable vehicle when necessary due to operational requirements, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

Vehicles may not exceed legal seating capacity under any circumstances.

2. Payment Terms

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Full payment must be received no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.

For reservations made within 7 days of service, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit card payments. This fee may be avoided by paying via ACH, Zelle, or other approved payment methods.

Any additional time, overtime, damages, or incidental charges will be billed to the credit card on file once services are completed, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are fully refundable if the reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to the scheduled service date.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to service are non-refundable; however, the deposit may be applied toward a new reservation within 365 days of the original service date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date will result in a 100% charge of the total service amount.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

4. Overtime & Grace Period

Service time includes the period from scheduled pickup until the chauffeur and vehicle are fully released.

Grace periods are as follows:

Sedans, SUVs, Sprinters
• 15-minute grace period
• Billed in 30-minute increments thereafter based on the contracted hourly rate

Mini Buses, Limousines, Party Buses
• 15-minute grace period
• Billed in 60-minute increments thereafter

Airport Transfers
• 30-minute grace period for domestic arrivals
• 60-minute grace period for international arrivals

Overtime charges apply after the applicable grace period.

5. Conduct & Safety

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A minimum cleaning fee of $500 will apply and service may be terminated without refund.

Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from passenger conduct are the sole responsibility of the client.

Standing through a sunroof or engaging in unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited.

The chauffeur reserves the right to immediately terminate service without refund if passenger conduct is unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive.

6. Damages & Cleaning

The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or any member of their party during the duration of service.

A minimum fee of $250 applies for carpet or seat burns.

A sanitation fee starting at $500 will be charged if excessive cleaning is required, including but not limited to spills, illness, or biohazard conditions.

7. Amenities

Electronic amenities such as WiFi, audiovisual systems, charging ports, or entertainment systems are complimentary features and are not guaranteed. Malfunctions or service interruptions do not constitute grounds for refunds.

Food consumption inside vehicles is not permitted unless pre-approved in writing.

8. Liability & Force Majeure

The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, flight delays, or circumstances beyond its control.

The company shall not be liable for service disruptions or cancellations due to Acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, terrorism, public emergencies, or other force majeure events.

The company is not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles. Lost items, if recovered, may be returned at the client’s expense.

9. Agreement

By providing payment, submitting credit card information, or utilizing services, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions stated herein.
